Topping the list of hot topics is again the ongoing genocide of the Palestinians. The Genocide MUST STOP NOW.  Israel continues the starvation and bombing of refugee camps and are still sniping, droning and murdering people for taking food from the food drops. Last week they targeted aid workers from World Kitchen, and 7 workers were killed in a precision missile strike. They targeted workers in 3 different cars who were headed to feeding those being held in starvation camps in Gaza. These incidents are not simply the casualties of war, their actions are unacceptable and criminal.  Israel must be punished, not just forced into a ceasefire.

Recap, On March 25^th the UN Security Council passed a resolution demanding an immediate ceasefire for the month of Ramadan. The resolution demanded the immediate and unconditional release of hostages and expressed the urgent need to expand the flow of aid into Gaza. 14 voted in favor with the United States abstaining from vote.  This is historical action for the United States. Their normal action is to veto all actions against Israel’s war crimes and they have voted this way since the UN’s inception.

Last week, Israel again bombed the Al-Shifa Hospital and systematically “executed” medical staff. Medical staff are reporting it necessary to hide their scrubs with casual clothes to avoid violence and execution. Daily war crimes are accepted by and paid for by the United States, even after a UN security resolution has passed.

After Israel’s clear continued violations, the UN adopted a resolution this week to place Israel under an Arms Embargo.   28 voted in favor, 6 voted against and 13 abstained.  The 47-member Human Rights Council backed the resolution calling for the cessation of sales, transfers and diversion of arms, munitions, and other military equipment to Israel.  Israel is currently under an arms embargo after this passed.

The US immediately went to work to figure out how to further fund a genocide on our dime. In spite of the UN Israeli arms embargo, the US doubled down.  Videos of dead babies, rampant starvation, bombed hospitals, executed medical staff, dead aid workers and 2 UN security resolutions, were not enough for the US government to stop funding and supporting Israel’s war crimes.  The US Congress is currently looking at ways to “loan” Israel more weapons and money in violation of the arms embargo. This is money laundering, and funds go directly to support a criminal terrorist state to ethnically cleanse, all on our dime.

Another active-duty soldier, Larry Hebert, continues to speak out and protest the starvation and genocide of the Palestinians. He’s currently on day 12 of a hunger strike. He follows, since deceased active-duty soldier, Aaron Bushnell.  Bushnell self-immolated on Feb 25^th of this year in protest of the genocide of Palestinians. 

Understand the correlation between Targeted Individuals (TI’s) and Palestine. All of the unwarranted surveillance and watch-black-terrorist listings all stem back to Israel, which is the United States’ colonized pawn in the middle east. This foreign State uses super PAC’s, non-profits, and a media monopoly to control US elections and unelected appointed officials. Elected officials are bought by AIPAC and they appoint who AIPAC wants, especially those with dual citizenship and loyalties to Israel.

The US tests war weapons on the Palestinians first in the name of terrorism, then they are brought to the US to then use on TI’s who are on the watch-black-terrorist list. Without due process and without proper criteria, TI’s are placed in categories 3 & 4 of the (TSDB) terrorist screening database for the purposes of political retaliation, domestic violence retaliation or control group experimentation. Category 1 is supposed to embody names which are absolutely without a doubt involved with terrorist groups and category 2 is the “No-Fly List.” Categories 3 and 4 appear to be middle aged women, journalists, activists, and those with opinions that differ from the executive office’s political party. These retaliatory and control group placements are law-abiding citizens with no ties to terrorism.  Examples of weapons created in Israel and brought to the US include, Pegasus, sound of music weapon, skunk weapon, certain non-lethal directed energy weapons, unlawful surveillance equipment and hacking/malware software.

AIPAC’s impact on the US government is alarming. There’s a very high amount of elected and appointed leaders that have dual citizenship with other countries and an even higher percentages have dual citizenship with Israel.  Most in Congress are funded heavily by AIPAC, a foreign actor super PAC.  Super PAC’s are designed to max out campaign contributions for certain Reps and more importantly, they squash or elevate their opponents. There is a new website that tracks AIPAC’s contributions to Members of Congress, trackaipac.com and uses data from Opensecrets.org in a simpler fashion.

In an ironic twist of projection, the parties have called for protestors of genocide and Vets to be targeted for having, “questionable loyalties.” However, Nancy Pelosi, Former Speaker of the House has recently called for the FBI to target and investigate pro-Palestinian, anti-genocide protestors.  Just as Chuck Schumer, Senate Majority Leader threatened a presidential candidate with the CIA.  Going further with political targeting the current Biden admin has repeatedly denied RFK Jr, a Presidential campaign opponent, secret service protection.  These are prime examples of weaponization of government resources by the political parties.

Last week a controversial video released by an individual who filmed the FBI wasting resources by showing up to her house to question her about Facebook posts regarding the Palestinian genocide. It appears she essentially said the IDF will go to hell.  Which is not illegal and is in clear violation of 1^st amendment rights. It was later confirmed these were real FBI agents, not vigilantes. Another, far too common example of the executive office being weaponized for political reasons.

Israel is a State not a religion. If we leave Judaism and all religions out, including Christianity, it becomes the same unlawful war crime of genocide for the purposes of stealing land. In this day and age, colonizer behavior is unacceptable and illegal internationally. Palestine was not Europe’s land to give away. These war crimes are also taken from the USA’s playbook of the ethnic cleansing and extinction of Native Americans to steal land. Go flag!

Hot Topics for SCOTUS this week

Murthy v. Missouri held oral arguments in March and this case is regarding rights of the government to censor social media and their abilities to spread propaganda or censor during “states of emergency.”  SCOTUS has not provided a ruling as of today. No updates on this issue, this week.

Justice Sotomayor being pressured by the Democratic Party to retire in case of a Trump Presidency.  Age is always a factor with these dinosaurs, but it shouldn’t be a “party issue” Parties are for supporting candidates and ballot access-Not a ruling monarchy.  However, it’s clear why the Democrats are trying to avoid a 7-2 court with the current 6-3 court being a disaster.

Hot and Heavy topic this week – FISA section 702

This week the House voted on a resolution that would extend FISA and section 702, this also included 6 amendments, one of which would include a warrant requirement. In a standard partisan procedural vote the Democrats, in party puppet fashion would vote “No” as the party whip demanded and Republicans, in their own same-same party puppet fashion would vote “Aye” as their party whip demanded as well.  In a strange gamble on outcome of suspended rules, 19 republicans broke from party to stop the bill from coming to the floor, which also included the warrant requirement.

Rep. Thomas Massie (KY) stated, “Many of us who are adamantly opposed to warrantless surveillance voted for the resolution, wanting to get a recorded vote on the warrants, and recognizing the Speaker can otherwise suspend the rules and bring anything to the floor without a resolution, like he did with the omnibus.”  This was a confusing vote to determine who’s in favor of unconstitutional surveillance. Any bill needs a warrant requirement, data brokers addressed, loopholes and backdoors closed.

On Friday, the House brought the FISA extension bill to the floor with several amendments, including one introduced by Andy Biggs (AZ) which required a warrant for data on American Citizens as the Constitution already clearly draws out. The other amendments strengthened FISA by requiring internet providers to hand over data without question or warrant and also expanded the surveillance powers to include all immigrants.

To prevent FISA from extension without reform or strengthening the executive office’s power, Reps needed to vote, “yes” on Biggs amendment and if that did not pass, they needed to vote, “no” on the extension of FISA.  After debate, the Biggs amendment requiring a warrant was voted on and was tied, with Speaker Mike Johnson casting the tie breaker vote.  He voted no, against requiring warrants.   

The amendments which strengthened FISA were all passed and the final vote to extend was cast Friday afternoon.  Reps who are against unlawful surveillance and violations of the Constitutionally drawn-out Bill of Rights, needed to vote, “no” on extension of FISA as the amendment for warrants failed. The FISA extension was voted on and passed with a 273-147 vote count. Meaning, FISA was extended without reform and included harmful strengthening amendments to the already unconstitutional bill.   Representatives from FL introduced and demanded a reconsideration, and they now have until Monday to change their vote.  This will be voted on Monday and this bill must not be volleyed to the Senate or passed by the Senate. 

Hot Topics – Industrial Complexes

Food manufactures are again being burnt down and many states have enacted laws to restrict water to individuals for small farms and individual gardens. For example, it is currently illegal to collect rainwater in OR, USA.  States are then shutting down small family farms by using satellite imagery to pinpoint farms under the guise of water conservation. These efforts are not to surveille farms and corporations who are polluting or otherwise misusing resources for profit purposes.  These techniques are being used on small farms and individuals who are not polluting or otherwise harming others.

Reminder that the climate change agenda being carried out by the (WEF), World Economic Forum is the problem.  Their goal is population control and is not a genuine effort to thwart oil and gas companies from destroying our collective resources for the military industrial complex’s bottom lines.  The military industrial complex is the largest contributor to oil and gas profits and is the biggest polluter in the entire world.

Exxon, one of oil and gas’s favorite polluters filed an unprecedented lawsuit in a TX, Republican appointed court.  This lawsuit is designed to punish shareholders who raise pollution or climate concerns and to intimidate them from speaking out or raising questions, under threat of financial punishment. Another example of the use of kangaroo courts by large powerful corporations weaponizing the government against we the people, using political party puppet appointees to do it.

Chevron CEO pay up 12% from last year to, 26.5 million.  Corporate profits are up as well, after receiving 2.3 BILLION in subsidies, Chevron still managed to profit 21.3 billion last year.  The subsidies we as taxpayers gave to these welfare queens was pure profit. Oil and gas price gouging is the main contributor to all costs going up. This inflation is not due to government spending, it’s due to corporate greed and slides down directly from oil & gas companies to other price gouging industrial complexes. Our direct costs going up 50% over 5 years is 100% attributable to price gouging and less about inflation due to government spending or supply chain disruption due to Covid.

Tech bros are buying up thousands of acres of farmland in secret deals and alias’s.  They are now trying to build a “NEW New York” in CA.  This will be a special Tech city in Solano County, now rebranded as, “California Forever.”  Details on the project sound way too close to a dystopian community labor camp where tech bros rule the private lives of their employees and can claim they’ve done something for the labor market instead of to destroy it. According to voters who were asked to sign this petition, the petitioners have been tricking voters to sign for this billionaire boy city, lying and saying it’s for roads or other infrastructure so the ballot initiative can be placed on the Nov ballot.

Good news regarding farmers rising up against the WEF agenda of monopolization of the global food supply for the purposes of population control. European farmers are rising up and collectively protesting and organizing against this agenda.

Hot Topic – Politicult Party Propaganda

Amongst the tons of party propaganda regarding the shit economy a scandal has been uncovered at the Bureau of Labor Statistics.  A recent investigation uncovered an economist at the bureau sharing insider data with a select group of hedge funds, calling them, “super users”  This select group includes Blackrock, JP Morgan and BNP Paribus.  The investigation uncovered the super users received warnings that CPI inflation data would differ from expectations before it was made public.  This  scandal \”raised questions about equitable access to economic information” and also reveals evidence of a 2-tiered justice system according to Journalist Mario Nawfal. Stay tuned for more on this because fudging data and numbers is the favorite tactic of the politicult parties.

In job market news, “get a fucking job, loser” the favorite boomer talking point from the 80’s means absolutely nothing but common, out of touch with reality curmudgeonry, in recent times.  Job recruiters are reporting most, “jobs don’t exist.” There are no actual offers behind these listings and they are a smoke and mirror tactic to fein companies “job creation numbers” which are reported the Bureau of Labor Statistics.  The war on wages and workers is not just a Federal Reserve crime, it’s an actual conspiracy between big corporations, the federal reserve and the political parties to fake economic numbers. Democrats are running with this propaganda, using messaging stating how great the economy is and you’re stupid if you don’t believe it.  I am positive the democrats used to have a different stance, especially when they didn’t control the executive office.  The quote and message was this:

This week we saw an increase in job creation for AI and overseas workers, a NYC fried chicken restaurant, “SanSan Chicken” has replaced US workers with a virtual cashier who works out of the Philippines. Recommendation:  Don’t do your own labor for these types of companies.  Included are the self-checkouts in other retailers. If they don’t pay you for your labor or discount your items for doing it all yourself, don’t bother.

MAGAts from both teams waved flags and yelled at each other in response-Effective solutions always come from the politcult parties.

Havana Syndrome update: 60-Minutes Piece of Havana Syndrome, now being called (AHI) Anomalous health incidents by the US Government, recap from last week and an update from Mark Zaid, attorney for US Diplomats.

Whistleblowers from the Military and FBI interviewed by 60-Minutes have evidence pointing to Russian Assets being responsible for their injuries. They are accusing agents of a Top-Secret Russian Intelligence project called 29155 which according to Russian documents works with “non-lethal” acoustic weapons.

Diplomat victims reported noise and pressure and some reported vans being in the area and speeding off, when the incidents occurred. Those affected also had TBI, traumatic brain injuries associated with these anomalous health incidents.

Most TI’s have evidence to the contrary and it points to the USA Government, Military and Security Contractors and the 17 intelligence agencies, all various tools the executive office uses in its weaponization of government on behalf of the political parties and unelected elite and special interests.  The deep state is not just a trump campaign talking point, it is actual agencies, individuals, special interest groups and corporations which actually make up the deep state.

Mark Zaid, attorney for the US diplomats affected by Havana syndrome with litigation currently pending, stated, “There is without a doubt, evidence of a cover-up,“ by the US government, yet in the 60minute piece he parroted the partisan talking points of the Democrats in continued blame to Russia.  Overwhelming evidence instead points to the US government’s weaponization of the executive office for party purposes. He is being called a “partisan hack” by Glen Greenwald and Megyn Kelly. 

Follow up statements have been made by Zaid after criticisms of partisanship blaming only, “Russia Russia Russia” (Jan voice) when there’s much evidence pointing to a US weapon created by the CIA.  Zaid commented further saying, “I would dare say there is cover-up,” he said, noting there are several theories why the U.S. government has downplayed it and made victims of the syndrome think there is something off with them psychologically, when in reality there is a serious brain injury.

He did not remark further on the several other theories regarding a coverup but did say, “The technology goes back decades. It’s very likely the U.S. government created the technology in the first place. If it is what we think it is, and it has been going for as long as we think, this also means we didn’t take proper steps to protect our people,” Zaid said.

He also pointed out that attacks on U.S. citizens could constitute an act of war and so perhaps it’s “intentional ignorance” that has prevented the federal government from responding appropriately. Or perhaps, more accurately, the US government would jump at any chance for war against Russia or China, which means, it’s not a foreign adversary harming its own citizens. The 60-Minutes piece is merely war propaganda to cover for the war crimes done at the hands of our weaponized government.  The reason these studies did not find a “foreign adversary” responsible is because it’s not foreign entities who are responsible for these injuries to diplomats and targets here in the US and around the world.

Senate Intelligence Committee is now requesting information from intelligence agencies after information was sent to 3 media sources including 60-minutes.

“The Committee has made requests for more information based on the reporting from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the CIA, the Defense Intelligence Agency and the FBI,” a spokeswoman for Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio, the committee vice-chair, said. “We continue to look into the anomalous health incidents and the intelligence community’s response to these events,” she added.

Lots of controversy regarding the recently released study of \”Anomalous Health Incidents\” by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Criticisms of the study included, no pre-injury baseline records were used and that it was flawed on procedural, substantiate and ethics grounds.  The government study does not show that a foreign adversary is behind the previously called, Havana Syndrome.

Meanwhile, the Defense Health Agencies have developed an assessment tool to evaluate patient symptoms and better understand AHI. The new tool helps providers who find “no clear, attributable cause” for these symptoms with a structured assessment of those reporting anomalous health incidents. In other words, the military is currently developing a diagnosis and tool for evaluation of Havana syndrome, now known as AHI.

Newly developed defense technologies have been transitioned by DARPA to the Chief Digital & Artificial Intelligence Office.  This tech stems from the (GARD) program, Guaranteeing AI Robustness Against Deception program.

According to Defense Scoop, “Officials recognize that U.S. military computer vision and machine learning technologies could be tricked. “ “Through GARD, the agency has been working with industry partners to develop algorithms and other capabilities to thwart that type of trickery.” “The GARD initiative is just one example of DARPA’s pursuit of new artificial intelligence-related technologies. The agency has been working on AI for decades, going back to its early days after the organization was created in 1958, but that area of focus has ramped up in recent years. Today, about 70% of its programs have AI, machine learning or autonomy associated with them, according to officials. Through its campaign known as AI Next, DARPA has invested more than $2 billion since 2018 to advance AI for national security purposes, according to the agency. The president’s fiscal 2025 budget request includes an additional $310 million for DARPA’s AI Forward initiative”

Moving on to more important defense spending;  Northrup Grummond was recently awarded a study contract to put a train on the moon, this is not just a rumor.  They were selected by DARPA to further develop the concept of building a moon-based railroad network as part of the larger 10-year Lunar Architecture Capability Study. The proposed lunar railroad network would transport humans and resources for commercial purposes across the moon’s surface, creating a “space economy” for the United States and international partners.  

We’ve got no money for infrastructure, schools or other programs to benefit the American taxpayer but there are endless budgets for endless wars, to put assholes in trains on the moon and to send electric cars to Mars.  Yet there’s nothing for the middle class paying these bills.  Homelessness is rampant, housing shortages are being manipulated by corporate landlords, food and baby formula are luxuries and daycare? Who can afford that?  We have zero dollars going to the future of younger generations.  Thank you, boomers, for our lesson in selfish large groups raping and pillaging the rest for their entire lifetimes.

More pigs and pork fat in the news, a CIA contract manager was caught on tape admitting to crimes the agency had committed against regular law-abiding citizens who speak out against the government narrative they “nudge” and entrap. The CIA agent used Alex Jones as an example and also explained what they do to targets financially to destroy their lives, creating chaos and nudging people into crimes or suicide.  These undercover admissions reinforce targeted individuals complaints against police & security state tortures and are a clear violation of the entire bill of rights. 

The Biden Administration is considering Australia’s request to drop all charges against political prisoner and journalist, Julian Assange. He should be acquitted of all crimes since he didn’t commit any.  Reporting a crime is not committing a crime. The UK High Court published its decision, and the court will now adjourn.  The court will reconsider on the 20^th of May.  If Assange loses, we ALL LOSE and hoping to see all charges dropped against him.

Men are still sucker punching women in NYC as they were last week, one of the accused is a former candidate for Mayor. Ten or more women reported being punched while distracted or on their phones.

In more politicult party BS, Florida is no longer considered a purple state, the Republican party has gerrymandered and manipulated the state so they are considered a Republican Red State and have disenfranched many voters to accomplish this goal.

\”Florida is off the board. It is a Republican state,\” DeSantis said. \”We used to be a 1-point state; every election hung on how would Florida go. That is not true anymore, and I think that\’s a good thing for the party.\”

He is correct. It is great for the party, not so much for We the People.  History shows, Florida is very easy to manipulate using the electoral college.  The Democrats left no ballot stone unturned, and they also disenfranchised voters by only submitting Biden’s name for the presidential primary, therefore cancelling the election so Biden was awarded all of the state’s delegates.

It is in everyone’s best interest to reform the electoral college and rid ourselves of the 2-party politicult game that will drive us into failed statehood if left to its own devices.
