When I went to revisit videos and other information I bookmarked for the purpose of coming back to later,  I find the content with this video has been deleted on tik tok.  What I remember occurring in the video was an elected legislator saying they fully understood they were passing unconstitutional laws, and it was up to the “black robes” (the judicial branch) to check them and stop these laws. Implied was, Legislators didn’t care if they violated rights, it’s what their donors want that is important.  It’s important to point out that a vast majority of the “blackrobes” are appointed by legislators.

Pre-tik tok ban there were some creators fund changes much to the chagrin of current creators. They have changed the game rules, and the platform is not allowing all videos posted to qualify for monetization.  So, with less content available to go viral or get paid on, this has cut people’s pay by half in many cases.  

Censorship on tik tok already exists even before back-door bros get ahold of it in the tik tok divestment deal. They may not censor things the US and Israeli government want them to, but they still have their own quirky censorship practices and are not immune to “cancel campaigns” where groups mass report accounts and content so creators will receive violations on their account. Eventually with enough complaints accounts become banned completely.  These campaigns are nothing other than a group bullying project and many stem from organized stalking done by infraguard.org

Propagandists are using tik tok paid ads to offset the truths being told on the platform about Palestine and targeted individuals. Starbucks immediately increased ads after they were boycotted, every ad I saw was for Starbucks, for months. Because of the “bad PR” Israel and AIPAC are heavily running paid ads spinning again how the feelings of Jewish students are much more important than the human rights of the Palestinians.

The willful promotion of hatred online punishment increases the maximum term in prison from two years to five years. In pre-crimers wet dream verbiage, the bill also allows a provincial judge to impose house arrest and a fine if there were reasonable grounds to believe a defendant \’will commit\’ an offense in the future. It’s no wonder they this bill has been called, “Orwellian” – These types of police state bills are trending all over the WEF wide world.

Clear as mud, this is cryptically and vaguely listed as an answer to, “What is HAARP?”

A collective action that we can take in response to these numerous shitty bills being passed and signed into law is “Jury Nullification.”  It’s an important tool that we the people can use against the tyranny of these laws being passed that are clear violations of our rights. In short, anyone penalized for these ridiculous special interest human and constitutional right violating laws should request a jury by your peers’ trial, not a trial decided by a judge.  It’s already our civic duty to serve on a jury, do it. Serving on a jury is not always easy with just how life is, however, serve on juries when called.  If there is a person being charged with a crime or would receive civil penalties for these ridiculous laws, do not convict.  Vote “not guilty.” All you need is ONE person to do this, and the jury will be hung with no conviction.

Many solutions lie in collective actions that either fights fire with fire or uses the strength of the system against itself.  For example, in the electoral college, small states have lots of political power and very few people they represent. Their weakness is, there are not that many of them to outvote.

Court-watching is an easy check of power from we the people.  You can enter and watch most court rooms now to observe justice in action. This also gives us insight into which Judges will make the Remote Workers Association, “Must be removed” list.  

Another protest by pen we can collectively act on is to “white lie” to data brokers. We don’t owe them the truth on what our birthday is or any other personal information that is not specifically a need to know for the platform, social media or technology asking for the information. There are lots of surveys and other data broker traps that lurk out there, providing discounts or other free items or simply requiring more information to use their software than is needed. Make up the information, then monitor the data broker sites. I tested this and it doesn’t take long for the incorrect information to end up on your intellius or another similar leach tech.

This week a jury convicted a former Cherokee County NC, DDS attorney on 12 felony counts of obstruction in child removal cases. In 2021 the attorney used fake legal documents tricking the biological parents in calling it a custody agreement when in fact is was removal documents. Unfortunately, this is a pattern of CPS stealing kids in many other cases.  Because most parents are low income they are unable to fight charges to get appropriate legal representation to keep their families in tact.

Example: In CA they will charge a woman who’s a victim of domestic violence with a crime of not protecting her children from the abuser.  Even when evidence shows the couple were estranged, he came to the house, broke in and harmed her in front of the children.  She’s a criminal and they often move forward to removing the kids in this “criminal” type of case. This is “Step 1 of human trafficking” done by Child Protective Services in collusion with law enforcement.

Fifty Shades of Whey tweeted a news story stating “A police chief in Florida has resigned after he used his position to bypass background check procedures to hire officers who\’d otherwise be denied employment. In the experiment, an authority figure would instruct the participant, the “teacher,” to administer painful shocks that could even lead to death, on the “learner,” who was actually an actor. 80% of people in the teacher position would continue to harm the learner if the authority figure instructed them to do so.
