NO MORE WAR CRIMES ON OUR DIME

After last week’s red line being crossed with Israel’s bombing and witch burnings of civilian refugees who were housed in tents last week. Israel has bombed a school shelter this week. It was just a mistake they claim, as usual.  Genocide and genocidal-tendency army tactics are always just glossed over as honest mistakes, made by the most moral army in the world. Over thirty people were massacred by Israel again yesterday. Another honest mistake?  All of this just a week after the ICC issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and ilk. 

Israel has been using white phosphorous bombs, which are outlawed, meanwhile the US is trying to spend its uni-war crime dime in Ukraine accusing Russia of the same. Who’s deserving of an outlawed bomb which sears and burns to the bone and is so potent it spreads to healthcare workers like radiation? Must be those terrorist kids again.

The US has been caught covering up evidence of Israel’s tortures and war crimes. In the published UNRWA report it documents the ill treatment of Palestinian detainees, who were subject to beatings, had no access to food and water and no access to bathrooms. These tortures caused amputation of limbs due to their handcuffing techniques. The report goes on to detail IDF crimes including the injuring and killing of family members of those being detained, as punishment.

In a leaked draft of the recently published UNRWA report a prisoner testified they were tortured by interrogators who, “made me sit on something like a hot metal stick and it felt like fire,” accounts of another prisoner tortured this way, died from the same torture.  Other accounts from prisoners include being lifted up by soldiers onto a metal stick fixed the ground and causing unbearable pain to his rectum long after being electrocuted anally.

My mind immediately snaps to a memory of some Congressional Office staff practical joking done to Interns, that I was not a part of, but was told about later.

Bisan, a young Palestinian journalist details daily what is going down in the concentration camps and on the ground in Gaza. This week she was censored and banned from social media.  She gave a message as an update to her followers and those who have come to rely on her daily updates and that she’s alive and has made it through another night of bombings. Her message was delivered by Zain Swaleh. She says she was censored and her account banned for uploading pictures of decaying bodies.  More bodies for the Mainstream and Israel PR to hide among shadow bans and fake cries of antisemitism.

We have already seen far too many pictures of burned tents, burned body parts, babies decapitated, parents holding half their child’s dead body after surviving the bombing and a small girl blown in half circulated on social media shortly before becoming shadow banned or removed. All of this is not and will never be a defense of what happened on Oct 7^th even if you hide the evidence and lie about it.

Israel’s PR campaign has been failing miserably and so they strategically began releasing old stories and propaganda to increase Islamophobic messaging. Somehow these dead terrorist babies deserve genocide because we “must know the cultural differences.”  60 minutes re-released Lara Logan’s story from the Egyptian revolution in 2011 where she was kidnapped and brutally assaulted in the streets of Cairo and then saved by a group of women who covered her naked body and removed her from the rabid crowd.

The PR campaign continues and Netanyahu was invited to the white house in July. This after Congress passed a bill sanctioning the International Criminal Court (ICC) for issuing arrest warrants for Israeli officials.

Last week we touched on (FOIA) Freedom of Information act and the Federal Records Act which requires the government to document their activities, maintain records, add file records for safe storage and efficient retrieval. Then FOIA mandates our right to access that information. There are some exemptions and tricks that the government takes full advantage of so they do not have to disclose what they are required to, allowing them to foil the FOIA.

Tricks are not just for kids, they are for governments too.

·      Many requests are heavily redacted with big black marks through the majority of the documents

·      The government will claim to lose the requests.

·      The government will deny requests or take a very long time to honor those requests. They create delays feigning the FOIA requests are too burdensome or hide behind other policy verbiage that will allow them to legally drag their feet.       

Within the fully released evidence from the House Select Committee on the Corona virus, documents reveal that NIH officials opened a non-governmental encrypted email account, purposely misspelled keywords and then forwarded confidential information to evade federal law and FOIA requests specifically.

The government strategically uses NGO’s (non-government organizations) and other quasi-government organizations to run their dirty work so it’s easily a-FOIA-doable.  The best example of pigs in sheep’s clothing is Infraguard.org, the FBI’s favorite gangstalker criminal enterprise.  They are made up of paytroits, thugs in suits, former pigs, fake TI’s and dirty white hats and they are simply a potpourri of cloven toed ilk LARPing as the good guys.

The government also creates laws locally to foil the FOIA, such as in in Henderson NV a former cop has been documenting his plight on social media. He testified to tik tok that his FOIA requests now cost $122 dollars instead of free, because the local yuck-als created an ordinance to obstruct justice and punish the requester. They also put a certified check cherry on top, requiring funds be paid by certified check.

The intelligence agencies and the executive branch also redact requests from Congress as well. Historical documents from the Church committee were heavily redacted, but still managed to show the CIA was experimenting on non-consenting human subjects, implemented plans and attempts to assassinate foreign leaders, and that the agencies domestic spying activities are extensive.

Which brings us to the reminder that we must band together and demand a new Joint Select Committee, aka a new Church Committee for the unconstitutional and human rights violating programs and war crimes executed by the executive branch, namely the intelligence agencies and military. They continue to commit these crimes against targeted individuals at home and around the globe. No more war crimes on our dime means all of them. Especially top-secret unconsented experiments, cruel and unusual punishments without due process, torturous experiments, war mongering and war profiteering being perpetuated by taxpayer dollars.

The ACLU tweeted this week, “BREAKING: The Supreme Court ruled unanimously in our case NRA v. Vullo that state governments cannot punish organizations for disfavored political speech. We represented the NRA before the Supreme Court, arguing that any government attempt to blacklist an advocacy group because of its viewpoint violates the First Amendment — and the highest court in our nation agreed.”  When gun and fist meet pen, we the people win. Texas Supreme Court has ruled this week that challenging abortion laws are not allowed there are no exceptions. In a case regarding an 18-week pregnant woman who was seen at the ER with ruptured membranes and no chance of fetal survival went into sepsis because doctors wouldn\’t treat her due to anti-abortion laws. This victim is now sterile because of this infection. There are no protections for women who are pregnant and archaically medical care when their fetus has died or will die. When abortion healthcare is denied, women die.

During the House Select Committee hearing on the coronavirus, Fauci was sweatin’ in the hot seat. He admitted to making-up the distancing and mask policies and admitted they were not based on science. Allegations were made that Fauci profited from big pharma royalties. Fauci claims he represents science and anyone criticizing him is criticizing science.

What we know after this hearing:

·      Fauci funded gain of function research that helps vaccine companies make vaccines beforehand

·      the lab was at best, careless, and leaked the coronavirus. 

·      Fauci then covered it up and shut the country down

·      Fauci denied all of it under oath.

It was observed by many during covid lockdowns and mask mandates that Fauci never followed his own rules and neither did the rest of the so-called leaders.

Fauci was questioned about his personal e-mail use for official business. Documents show he bragged to colleagues to, “no(t) worry about FOIA’s” and that, “I forgot to clarify in my e-mail yesterday that both my Gmail and phone are now safe, but text is not as it can be FOIA’d” and that there was a secret back channel they could use to communicate about things they wanted hidden from FOIA requests.

Doctor McCormick of Georgia a night shift ER physician who treated thousands of COVID-19 patients, was censored and his medical license threatened because he disagreed with the bureaucrats. He was then censored further and taken off the Internet. He testified that he was doing his very best to treat patients and then the government took over as the experts in health care instead of doctors who were treating patients, hands on. He went on to state that any dissent was immediately labeled as anti-science and that his opinions were called conspiracy theories and misinformation by so-called health care experts.

Did Fauci treat any patients? He did not.

Doctors are leaving the medical industrial complex in droves due to serious group-think indoctrination of the entire industry. Many doctors are starting to think for themselves and have opened direct Primary Care Clinics because of covid policies. Many doctors hold different values than the current medicine allows, such as, do no harm and practicing functional medicine. The current medical industrial system makes doctors afraid they will lose their license for disagreeing with their trendy scientific findings. Especially findings that are not peer reviewed.

Committees were popping this week senator Kennedy questioned Christopher Wray, FBI Director, about all the prominent people on the Epstein list and were they being investigated? Wray stated that he couldn\’t share that, and he would look into it. Kennedy continued with asking whether they were still investigating, and will the prominent people walk free?

According to “popular information” on TikTok the FBI raided a corporate landlord, Courtland management company who are corporate landlords based out of Atlanta.  The criminal probe investigated escalating rent prices increasing nationally and the connection to those using the real estate software, “Real Page.” This advanced landlord software allows landlords to price fix and price gouge.

Real Page software allows landlords to artificially increase rents and price fix.  The software allows companies that are technically competitors to work together. The company brags that landlords who use their software “continually outpace in good times and bad, “ and they also brag it’s, “to make us all more successful with our pricing.” This helps them all to charge higher rates than what the market would bear in a truly competitive market.

Landlords who use this software dominate in many metro areas including Phoenix, AZ where 70% of the inventory is contracted with Real page. Landlords also outsource their data floor plans information that is normally proprietary, and they agree to outsource their pricing authority to real page rather than competing. If you can\’t beat them join them in price fixing!

Last week, the FTC filed suit against Amazon Inc for engaging in exclusionary conduct that prevents current competitors from growing and new from emerging. Their complaint elaborates showing that Amazon used a set of punitive and coercive tactics to unlawfully maintain its monopolies in 2 markets, gouging both shoppers and sellers. Amazon monopolizes services purchased by sellers, such as product fulfillment and offering of “prime” and these fees on sellers combined can be close to 50% of revenues that are paid to Amazon.

Amazon is accused of using an inorganic algorithm which degrades customer experience and it replaces search results with paid ads.  They deliberately increase junk ads that worsen search results.  This harms both shoppers and ad purchasers.

Even with all the monopolized platforms and data pirates, its always best to open your own business, the tax code was not written for W-2er’s.  The math goes like this:
